Ingredients
150g pork/chicken liver, chopped and fat removed (~0.33 pound)
150g minced pork (~0.33 pound)
1 cup soft bread (baguette/ sandwich without the skin), shredded
½ cup milk
1tbsp minced shallot
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 beaten egg
100g butter or speck
2tsp cooking wine (optional)

CHỊ ƠI,CHỊ HƯỚNG DẪN EM LÀM GALBI ĐI
Cách của mình thì sau khi xắt gan rửa sạch và ngâm sữa tươi 15p , cho dầu vào nồi xào tỏi và hành tím cho thơm rồi chi gan vào xào 1p rồi cho tiếp thịt xay và bánh mì ngâm sữa vào, cho vài lá BAY vào, nêm gia vị , bơ và 1 muỗng rượu thơm và tắt bếp ngay ko cần xào chín, chỉ cần xào sơ cho thơm thôi , đậy nắp để đó sau 15p xay nhuyễn, lấy khuôn trét bơ vào , cho hết hỗn hợp vào khuôn , sau đó đem đi hấp 20p , lấy ra cho bơ chảy lên mặt, đợi nguội để tu lạnh qua 1 đêm là đông lại, cách làm này vừa có mùi thơm mà khử độc trong gan , mình chia sẻ với mọi người.

Helen did not wash at least under the water. You just take out from the selling package from the market and cut it into small pieces. This is bacteria, Gross!!!!
