Ingredients
150g pork/chicken liver, chopped and fat removed (~0.33 pound)
150g minced pork (~0.33 pound)
1 cup soft bread (baguette/ sandwich without the skin), shredded
½ cup milk
1tbsp minced shallot
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 beaten egg
100g butter or speck
2tsp cooking wine (optional)
